Acres of Diamonds Productions PTY LTD reserves the right to use a student’s name, likeness, and creative works in brochures, advertising, the web, and any other promotional or educational purpose. As we restrict the number of students attending our workshops, we suggest early application.
All dates, locations, curriculum, and tuition are subject to change. It is recommended that all applicants secure travel and tuition insurance, where applicable.

Refund & Cancellation Policy *

To enroll and hold a place in any of the Two-Week Intensives, the student must submit a payment on registration (R7250.00), which is non-refundable and will be applied towards the training and tuition. Full payment is due no later than 1 May 2023.
The program fee is not refundable under any circumstances unless Acres of Diamonds Productions PTY LTD cancels the program.
In the event that Acres of Diamonds Productions PTY LTD cancels the program, all enrolled students will be notified immediately and given a full refund of program fees. Please note, this does not apply to instances when said company may change the instructional delivery of the program to online or different dates, due to circumstances beyond its control. It also does not apply to housing, travel, or other expenses not paid to said company.
All workshops are solely owned and operated by Acres of Diamonds Productions PTY LTD. The purpose of all Two-Week Intensive camps is to give participants the opportunity to expand their creative horizons through the visual and performing arts. Students must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by said company, its staff, coaches and teaching assistants. Students who do not observe such rules may be told to leave the program, and no refunds will be granted.
Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Students found with drugs and/or alcohol in their possession will be expelled, without exception. Expelled students will not receive refunds of any kind.

Please Note *

For the entire 2023 season we will not be providing housing or transportation to and from our venues during rehearsals and performances. Parents and students will be responsible for travel and their own accommodations.

I hereby grant to Ferdinand W Gernandt / Acres of Diamonds Productions PTY LTD the right to photograph me and to record my voice, performances, poses, actions, plays and appearances, and use my picture, photograph, silhouette and other reproductions of my physical likeness in connection with any of the Two-Week workshops, entitled - BPSC | DPSC | VPSC | APSC | IPSC | SPSC | DQPSC without payment or any other consideration.
I hereby grant to Ferdinand W Gernandt / Acres of Diamonds Productions PTY LTD its successors, assigns and licensees the perpetual right to use, as you may desire, all still and motion pictures and sound track recordings and records which you may make of me or of my voice, and the right to use my name or likeness in or in connection with the exhibition, advertising, exploiting and/or publicizing of the workshop. I further grant the right to reproduce in any manner whatsoever any recordings including all instrumental, musical or other sound effects produced by me, in connection with the production and/or postproduction of the Production.
I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
I agree that I will not assert or maintain against Ferdinand W Gernandt / Acres of Diamonds Productions PTY LTD your successors, assigns and licensees, any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to those grounded upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or other civil rights, or for any reason in connection with your authorized use of my physical likeness and sound in the Production as herein provided.
By checking the boxes here I understand that I will, to the best of my ability, adhere to the schedule agreed to prior to the beginning of my engagement.
I further acknowledge and agree that any commitments beyond the scope and intent of this release are the sole responsibility of the above-named production, or its duly appointed representative(s).
